MEET THE TEAM
Sarkis Daher – Director
Sarkis Daher is the man behind My Property Guy.
Every selling agent in Sydney and Central Coast knows him, and when they see him, they know his clients are to be taken seriously. Having developed a love for property investment at an early age, Sarkis built My Property Guy upon his determination, drive, customer service and obsession for real estate which he obtained whilst in Dubai, UAE.
Sarkis began his real estate career in Sydney, Australia before moving to the UAE in 2013. With over 12 years’ experience, he is confident, dynamic, energetic and a highly experienced property specialist with a proven track record for consistently succeeding in high-end transactions and meeting customer needs in a competitive marketplace. Whilst in the UAE, Sarkis established an Industrial real estate division, responsible for transactions totalling over A$230 Million.
Returning to Australia in 2017, Sarkis founded My Property Guy maintaining his strong network both in the UAE and Australia.
Sarkis’ expertise is in transaction management, business strategy, property development, and client/investor requirements that spans across a range of real estate sectors.
Sarkis is a Licensed Agent both in NSW and Dubai.
George Gabriel – Finance Broker
George has over 15 years of finance experience to tailor the right financial solution. With many deals executed, and access to over a hundred different loan packages from over 35 of Australia’s leading lenders, equips him to source the best deal and match the right offering for you, saving you both time & money.
His focus is simple, understand first, then do.
